Tournament Information


  • 18U/16U. 10 Teams, Single Elimination
  • 14U. 10 Teams, Double Elimination
  • Entry Fee  $595.00
  • Team Registration will be done using the online Team Registration page
  • Teams will be notified of their acceptance by e-mail. Once your team is accepted into the tournament, you will have 7 days for your entry fee to be received or your entry will be forfeited. 
  • 80 Min Games, finish the inning 
  • Championship Game is 7 innings and no time Limit 
  • This is a non-sanctioned event. 
  • 1 Umpires per game during pool play
  • 2 Umpires per game for elimination games 
  • FORMAT – Single Elimination Brackets will be a 4 Game Guarantee. Double elimination brackets will be a 5GG. 
  • Field locations: TBD

  • WEATHER REFUNDS If the event is rained out in its entirety, refunds will be based on: (Entry Fees minus Non-Recoverable Costs minus Games Played) divided by (Paid Entries).  Every inclement weather situation is impossible to predict and create a refund policy for. We will make every attempt to be fair to teams that are not able to complete their game minimum, but will not be able to define refund formulas for these situations beforehand. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for an inclement weather refund.
  • The Tournament Director has the right to change or amend any portion of the tournament including structure, # of games, length of games, etc. due to weather, teams dropping out, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
